From 1990 to 2003, Madelijn Vervoord worked for the very best hotels. After a promising start in New York, she moved to Paris in 1992 working in hotels like the Golden Tulip St Honoré before joining the InterContinental Paris Le Grand Hotel in October 2003. Madelijn successively managed several operational departments prior to her promotion to the position of Hotel Manager in 2008. In 2012, she was nominated General Manager of the InterContinental Marseille – Hotel Dieu. Her objective is obvious: promote customer services and thus prove that a large structure can also provide excellent and personalized service.
